Why there is no uptime percentage here

Because nothing is measuring one yet. A figure like “99.99%” means something only when an independent monitor has been recording for months, and ours has not been running that long. This page does the one thing it can do honestly: it asks the API and the web app, right now, from where you are, and shows you the answer.
