How the commission works
Six rules, and they are the rules the system actually enforces — not a summary of them.
A share of what they actually pay
Your commission is a percentage of the amount the payment provider reports as collected — never a plan's list price. Discounts, proration, tax and failed charges are already reflected in it. The programme default is 20%; your own rate is set on your partner account by Outtricks.
First touch, and permanent
Whoever introduced a customer keeps them. The attribution is written once, when they register, and a later visit through somebody else’s link cannot take it away — not after a month, not ever.
Earned when they pay, not when they sign up
A signup that never converts earns nothing. Commission appears the first time a referred customer is actually charged, and again on every renewal they pay for while your account is active.
Your rate is frozen onto each commission
If a different rate is agreed later it applies from that point on. Every commission already earned keeps the rate that produced it, so an old figure can always be explained and history is never rewritten.
A refund reverses it
If a customer’s payment is refunded, the commission earned on that payment is reversed. The reversal is recorded as its own entry rather than deleting what was earned, so your ledger always adds up to the truth.
Payouts are sent by hand, and recorded
There is no automatic payout rail. Outtricks approves what is owed, sends it on the rail we agreed with you, and records the payment — amount, date and bank reference — against your ledger, where you can see it on your partner dashboard.
Approval is by hand, and your link is live only after it
A person reads every application — partner accounts are set up one conversation at a time, not minted automatically. Until yours is approved your link attributes nothing, and your partner dashboard says so plainly rather than letting you publish it and wonder why nothing lands.
You see counts and money, never customers
Your dashboard shows how many businesses you referred, how many of them pay, and what you have earned, been approved for and been sent. It does not show who they are — those are other businesses’ accounts, and their identity is not ours to hand over.

The twelve-month figure assumes every one of those customers stays subscribed and pays for a full year; commission is only ever earned on payments that are actually collected, and a refunded payment is reversed.
