Deliverability Guard & Health Monitoring
Live SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, a verified tracking domain, a warmup send-limit ramp for new mailboxes, and automatic removal of an inbox whose health is falling.
Real DNS lookups for SPF, DKIM and DMARC alignment on every connected inbox, plus CNAME verification for your tracking domain. A failing record is reported as failing, never as a cosmetic pass.
Unsubscribes, hard bounces and manually suppressed addresses are checked server-side before every send, across all channels that touch that Contact.
Hard bounces and spam complaints lower an inbox's health score. Past the threshold it is pulled from rotation automatically and the reason is recorded, so nothing keeps sending from a mailbox already in trouble.
What Warmup Means Here
Warmup in Outtricks is a send-limit ramp: you set a target daily volume and a ramp length, and the enforced ceiling for that mailbox climbs to the target over that window, so a new domain never jumps straight to full volume. There is no seed network — Outtricks does not exchange mail between customer inboxes, does not mark its own messages as important, and does not simulate opens or replies. Reputation is built by ramping real sending.
For the same reason there is no headline inbox-placement percentage on this page. Placement depends on your domain, your list and your copy, and no sending tool can measure or promise a rate on your behalf. What it can do is enforce the limits, check the records, and stop a campaign once its bounce rate crosses your threshold — which is what these controls do.
