Campaign & Sequence Management

Build multi-step outreach across Email, LinkedIn, Voice and freelance marketplaces — each channel with its own campaign type, its own limits, and one shared record of what has already been sent.

Email Campaigns

Multi-step sequences with a delay on each step, per-step subject and body variants, and a sending window in the prospect’s own timezone.

LinkedIn Campaigns

Connection requests, follow-ups, messages, profile visits and post engagement, paced per account against its own daily action limit.

Voice Campaigns

Enrol Contacts as call targets and let the dialer work the list, with consent and do-not-call checks before every dial.

Bidding Campaigns

Watch saved searches on Upwork, draft a proposal per posting, and submit on approval. Upwork is the only freelance platform with an adapter today.

Cross-Channel Follow-Up

A campaign runs one channel. Chaining them is the Workflow Automation engine’s job: a workflow triggers on a domain event — an email opened, a connection accepted, a call outcome recorded — and its next node can be an Email, LinkedIn, Voice, Bidding, CRM, AI, HTTP, delay or condition step. That is how an unanswered email sequence hands a prospect to a LinkedIn touch and then to a voice call, and why the handover shows up on one Contact timeline instead of in three tools.

Steps, delays and variants

Every step carries its own wait, subject, body and optional variant label, so two versions of the same step can run side by side. A/B testing is a Scale-tier capability; multi-step sequencing is on every tier.

Branching on real events

Conditional steps read what actually happened — opened, clicked, replied — rather than a guess. Available from the Growth tier up.

A reply ends the sequence

The moment a prospect replies, their remaining steps stop. It is recorded on the Contact, not held in the browser, so nothing re-sends after a page reload.

Suppression before every send

Unsubscribes, bounces and manually suppressed addresses are checked at send time, on the server, for every channel that touches that Contact.

Sending windows and timezones

A campaign only sends inside the hours you set, evaluated in each prospect’s timezone with a campaign-level fallback when theirs is unknown.

Auto-pause on bounces

A campaign pauses itself once its bounce rate passes your threshold — 2% by default — and says so, rather than quietly burning the domain.
